It contains Hyaluronic Acid (Hyaluronate), which is one of the strongest water binding agents in the cosmetic world. (see Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Booster) So it has good moisturizing properties. Nothing else.
If you are really young and just need a good moisturizer, or if you already use various serums but just need as moistuizer base, then it is a good chice.

It is not very the safest eye cream, parabens and so on.

Not greasy, absorbs well, not expensive. I didn’t noticed any visible changes in my under eye area, but maybe I was expecting to much. Basically a nice moisturizer, doesn’t irritates my sensitive skin and eyes. I bought it because of it’s low price, comparing to other brands. I will defiantly buy it again.

Decided I'd give this a try as I was on the lookout for a moisturizing eye treatment without Vitamin A or C, which irritates my skin. I had tried numerous creams - high and low end - and found nothing that provided intense and lasting moisture. This stuff is awesome! For the first time in months, the dryness under my eyes is gone. The skin in this area looks so much better - more firm, smooth and lines much less noticable. A great buy.
Edit: Sad to say, this has been discontinued. :(

One of the best eye creams I've found. It moisturizes all day but doesn't cause my concealer to crease. It does not cause milia; in fact, my milia has actually improved since I stopped using a high-end product and switched to this Neutrogena. I understand it has been discontinued (just my luck!), but they still have plenty at my local Ulta. I'm stocking up!

Usually intensive moisture means intensive greasy to me but this product is the exception. I put this on in the mornings right after my shower and it keeps my undereye area very moisturized for a long time without giving me millia (very important). It feels more like a gel than a cream, which I like and it's moisturizing enough to work with my Becca concealer. Very no frills though. For those looking for an "all-in-one" eye cream will not like this stuff but for those looking for an effective eye moisturizer then this is the one.

Awesome product! Have been using it religiously since I rec'd. my 1st tube in a swap as an extra some time ago! Very moisturizing w/o being greasy. Truly makes me look younger around the eyes! :o)

This is a basic moisturizer which I thought would be a good match for my dry eyes and combo/oily skin. Boy was I ever wrong!!! After about a week of use my eye makeup was sliding down and I got little peel-y rashes under my eyes. Since this product had no retinol or AHA's I thought it would be mild. Some pros - basic tube packaging minimizes waste, seems to be fragrance free. Still searching for a HG day eye cream.....(sigh)

This is a staple for me; light and non-greasy, yet moisturizing enough for winter. The skin around my eyes gets superdry really easily, but if I apply a tiny dab of this morning and night then I have no problems and my concealer goes on smoothly.

This is a good basic eye moisturizer with no frills. It just moisturizes and it does it well. Doesn't sting or irritate my sensitive eye area and safe for contact lens wearers. Cheap and works well, what more could you ask for.

I really like this eye cream - it's just a plain-vanilla eye cream that doesn't contain any harsh ingredients. It's very moisturizing and makes my eye-area feel great. It's also pretty inexpensive ($8.99 at drugstore.com), and comes in a tube, which I prefer.
Unfortunately, this eye cream seems to have been discontinued. Boo! The item is no longer available at any of my local drugstores, and no longer listed at www.neutrogena.com. (You can still buy it at drugstore.com.) I'm so sad! continued >>

For the price, a great eye cream. It's rather boring and utilitarian: It's white, fragrance-free, and doesn't claim to get rid of circles or perform any other miracles. But it does its job, which is to mositurize your eye area, very well.

For the price, it is a great deal. It doesn't exactly do anything amazing (like get rid of dark circles, puffiness or lines), but it does effectively moisturize. It comes in little squeeze tube, which I prefer over dipping germy finger into tub over and over. I had no problems with irritation. A good choice over treatment type creams that don't have moisturizers. My only complaint: no SPF.
